What does your Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifespan of the product, ensuring your gear performs when it matters most. It does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modifications, and applies only to the original purchaser. How should I clean and maintain my gear?

To clean and maintain your gear, wash it with mild soap and water, then air dry completely. Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, or machine drying to preserve the integrity and longevity of the materials.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days from our facility in Columbus, OH. Transit times vary based on your location, and backordered items may take 8–10 weeks to fulfill.

What’s your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unaltered items in original packaging, with a restocking fee of 15–25% depending on packaging condition. Final sale, closeout, and promotional items are not eligible, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us with your name, order number, and the items you'd like to cancel—please note that if your order has
already shipped, shipping charges may still apply.
