The JHT Tourniquet Pouch is purpose-built for fast access and reliable retention of your life-saving gear. Designed to fit most CoTCCC-recommended tourniquets—including the CAT-T®, SAM® XT, SOF®TT, and TMT—the pouch combines versatility and rugged performance in a compact footprint.

An adjustable hook-and-loop flap ensures a secure fit across multiple tourniquet types, while elastic side panels provide tension for added retention. The front of the pouch features a female loop panel, allowing for clear identification via medical patches or labels.

It mounts easily to MOLLE platforms via an included HRT RMS Strip and also comes with One-Wrap for flexible mounting options, including horizontal belt carry or attachment to other gear. For added reliability under pressure, the pouch features a MOLLE TEE integrated into the flap for tactile opening ensuring quick access even in wet, cold, or gloved conditions.
